Help Shape the Future of Learning & Development

The Executive was delighted to announce plans to re-energise Learning & Development across the AUE and everything this important area of our work encompasses at the 57th AUE AGM, held on 10th September at the University of Leeds.

As part of this exciting development, Anuj Madaan and David Jack have been appointed as our Learning & Development Leads. However, they need your help!

We are looking for AUE members who would like to volunteer their time, ideas and expertise to help develop and deliver exciting new learning, development and CPD opportunities for our members.

There are lots of ways you could get involved, including:

• CPD & Knowledge Webinars – identifying and developing opportunities for members to learn and share knowledge.
• Learning & Development Bursaries – promoting opportunities and encouraging members to apply.
• Training Providers – building relationships with providers to secure valuable opportunities for AUE members.
• Knowledge-Sharing Sessions – establishing regular, informal Member Knowledge Exchange sessions where members can share lessons learned, best practice, projects and professional experiences.
• And much more! – helping Anuj and David develop and deliver the AUE's Learning & Development programme. You can find further details in the Learning & Development Duties.
