AUE Administrator

After more than 10 years Sally is planning to retire from her role as AUE Administrator by September 2025

This is a varied and interesting part-time* (self-employed) paid role within the AUE. The job description attached here https://www.aue.ac.uk/my-aue/boardofdirectors/  includes full details, but briefly you will be experienced in:

  • Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Record keeping and administration
  • Liaising between members, AUE Exec, AUE Accountant, Events Team, exhibitors (mostly via email)

 

You will need to be able to maintain up-to-date membership lists, report to the AUE Exec quarterly (including attending Exec meetings via TEAMS or in person) and be very organised.

 

You will need to add information to the AUE website (training can be given).

 

I have found this to be a very enjoyable role, meeting lots of members and especially attending the annual conference, and would be happy to discuss what is involved in more detail and can also provide support during a transition period if required.

 

Would suit self-employed secretary/administrator.
