Firmly established as the must-visit event in the industry's exhibition calendar, InstallerSHOW has again exceeded all expectations as a record number of visitors flocked to the NEC Birmingham.
The enhanced format of this year's show gave over 20,000 professionals from the heat, water, air and energy space access to more than 300 speakers and 650 exhibitors across two halls and 40,000m2 of floorspace. The 10 live content theatres blended practical demonstrations of the latest product innovations with expert insights into the technical, legislative, and aspirational developments which are shaping the journey to Net Zero in the UK and beyond.

Alongside returning favourites such as Solar Innovations and the elemental Housing Hub, a raft of attractions made their InstallerSHOW debut – from Installer Kitchens & Bathrooms, with its focus on connecting the supply chain in a seamless and meaningful way, to InstallerTRADES, which gave genuine tradespeople the opportunity to share their views on tools and workwear in an authentic peer-to-peer environment.

Also appearing for the first time, the elemental Arena offered an opportunity to hear from heavyweight speakers such as Deborah Meaden, Greg Jackson and Chris Skidmore – while the new Climate Solutions Theatre hosted a series of events to mark World Refrigeration Day as well as spotlighting the experiences of women in the industry.

As ever, the InstallerPLAZA was the heartbeat of the event, with a varied programme which took in big names such as Kevin McCloud as well as giving a voice to installers who work at the coalface every day. It was also the venue for Vaillant's 150th birthday party, featuring bespoke cocktails, specially commissioned cakes, and live gig from The Hare Raisers.

Reflecting on InstallerSHOW 2024, Managing Director Mike Costain said: "The buzz around the NEC surpassed anything we've experienced previously, which is testament to the attitude of our entire community. It's fantastic to see both new and returning visitors and exhibitors immersing themselves in the spirit of InstallerSHOW and embracing the belief that knowledge and fun can go hand in hand. Work has already begun on laying the foundations for an even bigger and better InstallerSHOW in 2025."

InstallerSHOW 2025 will take place across Halls 3a, 4 and 5 at the NEC, Birmingham from 24-26 June, bringing together 30,000 visitors, 800 exhibitors and 400 speakers.
