On 7-8 September 2015, the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England hosted a symposium looking at the future of Education for Sustainable Development.
The focus of the event was on how to best enable students to make a difference to sustainability, and featured a range of interesting speakers including EAUC’s Chief Executive Iain Patton, who led a on Leadership Roundtable exploring the challenges of delivering ESD in the current policy environment. This event was held in the context of Bristol being the 2015 European Green Capital, and was a fantastic demonstration of the city’s green credentials.
