I am delighted to invite AUE Members to this exciting and exclusive visit to the world-wide renowned establishment on biomedical research, the Francis Crick Institute.

Key topics of the day:

CPD delivered by Toshiba-Carrier on VRF and Heat Pump technology. In the light of the renowned F. Crick Institute visit, one of the biggest biomedical research establishments of Europe, this CPD will highlight the importance of controlling the environmental conditions of laboratory areas.
Presentation and debate on Estates engineering services management. Gordon Parker - Managing Director at Coretex International and Associate Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University - will cover the nature of reactive services and the role of condition-based processes to improve the maturity, capability and performance of Estates and Facilities Management department.
Kendra delegates will accompany us to F. Crick Institute to visit the facilities and showcase the application and benefits of the innovative building services analytical platform, based on AI and Digital Twin techs, in combination with bespoke services and processes.
