For many years, the internationally-recognised ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards have provided the basis for efficient quality management and environmental management for a wide variety of organisations.
What to expect
In September 2015, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) issued the updated version of the Environmental Management System (EMS) standard, ISO 14001 and the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001.
The changes to both standards are significant, with the introduction of a new risk based approach and a change to the new 10 clauses.
