Q: I have typed in my username and password but it's saying 'User doesn't exist'. What am I doing wrong?
The log-in is very case sensitive, it is likely that you have made a typing error. Please type in your username and password again carefully. If this does not solve the problem send a message to the Administrator info@aue.ac.uk for help.
